We at Bisley Removals will make every endeavour to ensure that your belongings are moved without damage or loss. However accidents can happen and it is important to know where you stand.
You need to fill out an insurance inventory, listing the replacement value of all items. Bisley Removals can offer a comprehensive policy to you.
You can take advantage of our insurance, to cover your goods whilst in our possesion. We only use specialised Insurance Brokers dealing in Household Removal Insurance. It comes with a friendly hassle-free claims procedure. (All goods are insured to a maximum value of £50,000 - special cover can be arranged for goods in excess of this value).
Alternatively, you can have them transported on the basis of "owners risk" which means Bisley Removals will not pay any compensation for loss or damage. If you choose this option, Bisley Removals will ask you to sign a waiver stating you have chosen this option.
We also offer you Free Insurance cover for all goods whilst they are in storage.
