02/02/2026 was the day my 90 year old mother was due to move into her new home! This was supposed to be a happy day. Six days before, our world collapsed when we found out that there had been a horrendous flood inside. On speaking to Charlie and Stuart, they made mum’s move easy. I was told not to worry and that Bisley Removals would take care of everything. That’s exactly what they did. From packing and removal from mums old house to unloading at the storage unit and “being an expert at jenga”, all the staff were professional, courteous and more than anything humane. A special shout out to Matt and Mark who couldn’t do enough to make mum smile and seamlessly do what they do! Bisley Removals were our first choice when we moved in our house in 2012 and our first choice now. I can’t recommend them any higher than that.

We used Bisley Removals for our move last Tuesday and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They also packed everything for us, which made a huge difference and took so much stress out of the whole process.

The entire team were professional, organised, friendly and incredibly hardworking throughout the day. Everything was packed carefully and handled with real attention, from fragile items to larger furniture, and everything arrived safely without any issues.

What can I say? Bisley Removals Services is a dream team! Charley was efficient, very pleasant, patient and understanding and coordinated our move with grace and humour. Cavan and Stuart were great, giving us reasonable, honest and accurate quotes and nothing seems like too much trouble, including re-quoting when our needs and circumstances changed. I recently used Bisley Removal Services for our house move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were fantastic and made a great impression from first contact with Charley and meeting with Cavan to get a quote, all the way to the end of the process. We had many an issue from the chain falling apart, to unforeseen and untimely delays late in the process, but throughout the communication was great and Charley was extremely patient and flexible with dates, to the point where we were able to switch a week before. We ended up loading over a couple of days, and unloading over a couple of days which worked out perfectly for us. The team of removal guys headed by Mark were courteous and extremely hard working. If you need a company who are competitive, flexible and have a great team, Bisley is the company to choose.

As soon as Bisley Removal Services arrived to pack up our house, everything was calm, the team were incredibly polite, helpful, professional, positive and proactive - huge efforts were made even to be quiet while they were packing so as not to disturb our unwell children, packing around them while they slept - we would never have expected such kindness. The boxes were organised beautifully, labelled clearly, done quickly, and frankly our house move was the least stressful part of that week because of Bisley Removals. Highly recommend.

I have just moved from Bisley after living there for 44 years and have used Bisley Removals as I very much believe in using local companies and the reviews were Five Star. This certainly is a Five Star company! From the initial booking with Charli, changed several times! To the expert packing and then to the final destination. The move went very smoothly and all my belongings were unloaded and in the new house in three hours. Everybody was superb. The boxes, have just been collected and a couple of missing items found!
