A smooth, organised move — from the moment we arrive.
Your moving day is carefully planned to run like clockwork.
Our team will arrive promptly at around 8:30am to introduce themselves, and take a quick walk through your home with you to confirm what’s being moved and what’s staying behind. We usually begin loading from the lounge, working methodically through each room to ensure your belongings are packed and loaded safely and efficiently. Any major packing would have been completed the previous day, leaving only small finishing touches handled by one of the team.
All clothing is hung in our purpose-built wardrobe cartons, keeping everything clean and crease-free. By around 12:30–1:00pm, your home will typically be cleared and ready for completion of your sale or chain.
If some of your items are going into storage, they’ll be taken directly to our secure warehouse at this stage.
For clients moving straight into their new home after completion (usually between midday and 2:00pm), the team will then unload, carefully placing each item where you want it. Any furniture requiring reassembly will be rebuilt during unloading. If you’ve opted for our unpacking service, we’ll also remove all packing materials before we leave.
The day’s timing depends on key release and chain completion, but our aim is to have everything finished by 5:00pm. Before we leave, your team leader will walk you through your new home to ensure everything is in the right place and you’re happy with the result.
